Beach Recovery, Mike, and Lifestyle Design
Aug 25th, 2009 by Adam

So, Mike. He lives a good lifestyle. He doesn’t own this private island off the coast of CT., he works there. He’s worked there for 13 years! He lives well, loves his job, and can’t imagine living away from the ocean.
It doesn’t take a fortune, or great wealth, to live your dream life. It takes a little initiative, some resourcefulness, and creativity. All of which, everyone has. Everyone! Couldn’t you get a job as a bartender on some Carribean island? Why not? I know why.
The only thing holding you back, and limiting your possibilities, is your fear. Your fear is dampening your creativity and your ability to think outside the box. I encourage everyone to challenge their fear. At first it’s hard! Really hard! But if you have the NEED to live a better life, and you won’t settle for living a run of the mill existence, if you MUST change something in your life now, if you’re not feeling a true sense of fulfillment with the path you’re on, then the first thing you HAVE to do is challenge yourself! Maybe you haven’t hit your breaking point yet, the point which FORCES you to action. You don’t necessarily need to be there to succeed at designing your life the way YOU want. You DO need to feel a solid DESIRE to live better, much better.
Look at Mike. At some point in his life, he jumped on the opportunity of a lifetime. He designed his life, by taking a risk. Take a risk, dream BIG, and try to break out into possibility by challenging your fear of success. Be a black sheep, and reap the rewards. Black sheep, sunbathing by the ocean, on a beautiful white sand beach, drinking coconut milk… Nice image, huh? :0)
To your unconventional success!
